At Charles Taylor Trading Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden furniture. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture or home accessory is disassembled (if applicable) and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware included.

  Schedule a Collection

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller items, use the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
