Do I need to treat the furniture upon arrival?
No, your furniture arrives pre-treated and ready for immediate use. To maintain the vibrant color and longevity, we recommend applying a fresh coat of Charles Taylor wood restorer or a similar oil-based treatment once every 12 months.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our customer service team. Items must be in their original condition, and a collection fee may apply depending on your location.
